I don't think you're too young as long as you understand that real gay relationships are nothing like this in real life. It's not okay to fetishize gay men, so don't push yaoi standards onto real people. It's perfectly fine to be reading this stuff at a younger age but you have to take into account real life situations while also enjoying the story......
