I'm sorry but ramen is not flavourful at all

The noodles arent supposed to have flavor, its all in the broth. You wouldnt call a pasta trash because the spaghetti noodle has no flavor.   1 reply

Every ramen gotten from a "ramen restaurant" has been so delicious and flavorful. America specifically has some excellent fusion foods and great, nearly authentic restaurants, if you know where to look. If these types restaurants are inaccessible and you're getting store bought, you just gotta know how to dress em up. Add things like: egg, fresh ch......   1 reply
