Um so not from ads or games, but one thing that does come to mind is Amazon Mechanical Turk. It's a platform for crowdsourcing tasks, e.g. dataset labeling for AI and such. However, those that put up tasks will filter through candidates (not entirely sure how it all works). Could consider looking into it.
