Listen, let's say there's this two lovers/soulmates who promised together forever, and then one of them is an immortal while the other is not. Ofc the bitch died. So this supernatural immortal being, since their souls are connected, when he felt his lover get reincarnated, he immediately searched for them. But his lover is still a kid.

Here's the million dollar question: Is it grooming if the immortal already built connections with their soulmate, with the intention of being with them in the future even while they're still a kid?

Question with a lot of dimensions but largely, I would say no. Love doesn't simply have to be romantic. Even when you do romantically love someone, you can still feel platonic feelings for them that doesn't have to be limited for romance.
