Korean webtoons are boring, especially the repeated trope about dungeons, and I especially hate guide verses since they are both boring and sexualized. Not all fujoshis are creepy fetishists, not rlly a hot take cause we all know that but lukewarm because a lot of people dont mention it. Also, HEAVY agree on that Harada take of yours, i think Azuma Kaya is an author worth a mention more than Asada (shes a little strange to me) Kaya's attempt at a psychological was incredible.   3 reply

Isekai as a genre has a ton of potential, but it's unfortunately very underutilized because people keep using the same settings without any solid worldbuilding, either the medieval video game world with a harem, or a western noble setting with a reverse harem. Shoujo mangas really aren't the same as they were. We no longer get a cute story about a girl who wants to enter the beauty, movie, or fashion industry and she has to claw her way up surrounded by a group of guys and later falls in love with the main guy and battle it out with the antagonist who later becomes her best friend in all of this.
