Thank you I appreciate this! :) I’m a sophomore in high school and I’m taking my first two AP courses, but coincidentally those aren’t my lowest grades… I’m struggling in algebra 2 and English honors right now. :(
Keep going ! I don't know what is your usual yielding scores, but i just want to say it's alright practice makes perfect ! You may want to adapt your studying methods, and refine them overtime. My experience is that I had a set back in my yielding scores when i transferred to another school , because i never really had to think about my studying methods before, as i have very good visual memory and good understanding in the classroom, but suddenly i wasn't a top student anymore. I had to learn taking notes efficiently and how to make the best use of my studying time. And also i had to show up regularly at my desk for self study, and find balance between physical activity and work, because i honnestly wasn't doing enough to improve . But relaxation and stress relief is also important! Both are important. So try to find a physical actvity that helps you relieve the steam off and helps you feel better about yourself, and helps you focus better after the training. (It can be simple things like walking more, yoga or weight training)(orrunning with an running app) it's a matter of quality and quantity, take baby steps but be consistant ! It's important ! It's worth investing the effort because it gets a lot easier over time. Take heart !! it will pay off in the end !!
PS : also go see the definition of SMART goals (S.M.A.R.T) it's very important to have realistic goals. It's encouraging and helps to stay motivated and feel good even before the yielding scores start to improve .
Congrats on your A and B scores !!! You are doing something good :-) Keep going! Normally the teachers are there also to help you know what to do to improve. That's what the tests are for.
