My friend choose her online friends over me...

Hey guys... Well I have this friends for three years. I'm the type of friend who always "Give" something for a friend like giving food, things.
This friend of mine is becoming more cold to me... I'm the one who's always starting a conversation with her but she's always giving me an half-assed reply like "Lol, ikr, LMAO" and that's it! End of conversation. She's one of my best friends ( I only have two close friends) I only tease her a little she always takes it too far and saying she cried because of what I said like TF? Friends can't tease each other? And she's probably annoyed because of me. I'm just touching her hair but she's already annoyed, she always looking at her phone instead talking with us, she's always thinking that she's a disappointment but I always admired her... I'm the one who always invited her to hangout but now.. she didn't chat me even once, didn't even ask me how I was doing but I saw her timeline on Facebook and she always mentioning some name I didn't know and last week I chat her and I've asked if she wanted to video call but she told me that she's already having a call with some online friends and told me that it will take long.... We've been friends over three years and she chose to chat some random person on internet? I have some online friends too but not that too close that I always chat them more than my friend...
I am selfish but she's selfish too
Can I ask you guys some questions or advice?
Do I deserve a much better friends or she's the one who deserves a better friend?
Should I stop acting close with her?...
