Going to my friend graduation
So I have this friend (let's call her friend A) texting me if I want to attend my other friend graduation (friend B). I don't really want to go because:
1. I, myself, don't really have much money atm. I'm still looking for a job, so I'm financially unstable.
2. I did graduated few months ago. And this friend A and friend B didn't come to my graduation ceremony. I'm fine with it tho because I don't really care.
3. I'm not that close to this friend B. We never texted etc etc. We are just friend. But this friend A is my close friend. But idk if friend A acknowledge me as her close friend or not because she has many friends
So should I lie or should i tell her if i don't really have money atm? Why i need money is because flowers and cake is not free to get..
Sounds pretty cut dry. Don't spend what little money you have for a friend of a friend who didn't give you the time of day for your graduation

I mean invitations r just invitations u don’t need to feel responsible to go esp if they don’t return the same energy back. And if ur honest w them ab ur financial situation then they should be understanding of u if they’re true friends. If they not so understanding I’d say just make smth up if u rly don’t wanna go ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ
