thoughts on the idols made in abyss controversy
i'm just curious about people's different opinions on this. on one hand kpop fans are very angry and disgusted with the idols involved watching/reading made in abyss, and on the contrary many anime/manga fans are shocked that people are even angry, and are trying to "cancel" the idols over this.
ive heard things about the author, and i remember watching a few eps in 2017. i don't think it was that bad but idk? kpop and anime mostly have different demographics, but i'm seeing the most discourse coming from people who haven't read or watched made in abyss. do u think they should "cancel" the idols over this, or is it not that serious?

I didn’t watch it, but my friend did and recommended it to me and thank god I never got to watch it. I’m not that interested in content with childrens (idk how old they are but they look like toddlers) as protagonist. Teens are fine but even then I’m careful when engaging with content with teens as the protagonists.
