thoughts on the idols made in abyss controversy
i'm just curious about people's different opinions on this. on one hand kpop fans are very angry and disgusted with the idols involved watching/reading made in abyss, and on the contrary many anime/manga fans are shocked that people are even angry, and are trying to "cancel" the idols over this.
ive heard things about the author, and i remember watching a few eps in 2017. i don't think it was that bad but idk? kpop and anime mostly have different demographics, but i'm seeing the most discourse coming from people who haven't read or watched made in abyss. do u think they should "cancel" the idols over this, or is it not that serious?

My thoughts is that K-pop fans should stop treating idols like they’re pure ‘n shit. They’re adults, they read what they want and just separate the art from the artist. If they can’t do that then that’s a YOU problem
