If you want to go by the literal definition of the word then you would be a virgin, but the image that the word "virgin" brings to mind (innocent, no sexual experience, young, "pure") may not apply to you, which is what could be making you hesitant to consider yourself a virgin. It's just purity culture bs, tbh.
