I don't think penetration (by a real dick, omg) only counts as sex, because then all lesbians would be virgins even if they have lesbian sex, and that straight men or gay tops would also be virgins because they haven't been penetrated. Which makes absolutely no sense. To me, a virgin is someone who hasn't had consensual sex, with the meaning of sex......
