Tbh bl "writers" are fetishizing porn artists, not actual writers. If they actually start focusing on the plot it might help. Just have more character development, focus on the characters more, and focus on developing their relationships more. Sex shouldn't really be used as the be all and end all of all conflicts. Give more importance on consent. reply

I read BARA as well and they don't look like they are trying to be realistic, tbh.
