it’s even worse when it feels like the end of the story then BAM, he lost his memory.
even worse when they finish the whole story off with amnesia (i’m looking at you shadow hunters)

"villainess" mc... When the mc actually fits the title it's so much better. I don't want to see a "villainess" mc that is a god sent angel. Sometimes they are way more well-behaved than the entire cast combined. At that point just switch her title to saintess.
