I usually sleep at like 3am even on school days cause I'll stay up really late working but rn im so burnt out that im practically dying at 11pm and struggle getting out of bed at like 4am when like last year I was fine getting like 2-4 hrs of sleep per night
I sleep at around 10 pm. 11pm-12am would be my latest hour or else I'd die. My body clock is a piece of shit that always gets up at 5:30 am no matter what time I sleep.
