I usually sleep at like 3am even on school days cause I'll stay up really late working but rn im so burnt out that im practically dying at 11pm and struggle getting out of bed at like 4am when like last year I was fine getting like 2-4 hrs of sleep per night
Is either I sleep early, like at 9PM.
or at 10PM.
Or kinda late at 11PM
Or really damn late, like at 12PM or 1AM.
On most nights though, its 12 PM or 10PM. reply
