Black with no suger, I really like the way my mom make it. Thou, last year, I was so stressed over exams that I slept for only 1 hour or 2 a day, so i had to "eat" coffee directly with no water, like just the powder. For an instant it was effective, but just let me tell you that it causes me really some health problems, which really didn't help me ......
