Recently this one: Homunculus, It's about a homeless man who agreed to to have a lobotomy, and you'd assume his life would go bad as a result, but his life was already uhh fucked from the start of the story (I wont spoil it). A lot of messed up things I've seen are revenge plots that take it too far an example Brutal: Satsujin Kansatsukan no Kokuhaku Dan(Brutal) the mc does some messed up stuff to criminals that often involve shoving painful objects where they shouldn't go.(Mostly cuz a lot of the people dan kills are rapist and sexual assulters )   reply
