Getting cut by knives slowly.
It feels ticklish AND like painfully sharp. If it's slow enough, you can actually feel the blade moving against the inside of your flesh. Or idk, it felt like that to me.
Every nightmare I have that involves me being stabbed (which is... a lot-) is ticklish now because of that.
