I'm addicted to reading this shits on the site. How to quit?

I don't have motivation to do anything besides reading those shitty as mangas, manhwas etc. Like actually I can't make myself get up and do smth. My Internet stopped working for 40 minutes an I just sat and waited till I can read again, An It’s not even interesting anymore. All of them are same an I already read the good ones. I'm tired of this. How to quit this shit? I hate this I've been reading em since 4 years an I'm going down. SOOOOO idk actually gonna go and cry in my pillow (●'◡'●)ﾉ

FIRST AND FOREMOST! Have believe in yourself that you can reduce your time on this website, the catch is Fake it till you Make it... Believe me you have to force yourself for the starting and if you reach the middle things will get harder bcz you could go back to the start by a tiniest mistake but believe me once you can reduce your time it will he...... reply
