Can a drunk person consent to sexual acts?

so the debate was specifically for the manga. i actually agree with that person. they also made it clear to you that they were talking about that specific moment in the manga. a dead drunk person cant concend, but there are also people that like drunk sex sooo i dont know. They cannot consent. I hope I'm not going to have to explain why. When people are drunk, its harder for them to consciously decide or consent to something. And the drunk person could be coerced by another person to have seggsual intercourse even if the drunk person would not neccessarily want to.
