The best way to stop an addiction is to cut it out of your life but what you need to do is actually make yourself do things while you're reading. Im on mgg 24/7 but i do productive things whole reading to ease myself out of becoming a bed rat. Not all joy is found through a screen but you could just be extremely introverted and using this as an esc......   2 reply

You have 3 options. 1. Discipline yourself by timing yourself on this site for, eg 2 hours per day. 2. Find a hobby that can take your mind off of mangago e.g painting or even just going for walks. It doesn't have to be a hobby tho, u can even watch shows/movies. 3. Lastly, you get rid of mangago from your life completely. Simple.   5 reply

U should put a habit in reducing your hours gradually and reward yourself each time you succeed, try out new hobbies or try to be productive while on this site, its not healthy to be on a device constantly without a break so please make sure you take a break.   reply

My guy, if you're skipping meals and sleep to spend time on this site DEFINITELY quit or take some time off. Of course, I know it can be hard to withdraw from it so start out by trying to reduce your hours on here before completely cutting yourself off from this site. Set alarms/timers for certain time periods, take this time to go wash your face......   reply

yea quit wtf why r u skipping meals and sleep? like i get sometimes getting absorbed in a story so u stay up a little longer than you should, but i think youre like way too obsessed... maybe try eating WHILE reading, or use reading as a break from whatever work or things are going on in your life. id suggest to stop reading for a while then come ba......   reply

Try and reduce your screen time slowly by gaining different hobbies like doodling, cooking and/or walking outside and by setting a timer for screentime... You like reading manga so i don't think you should delete your account and lose what you like so much;; i believe you can get through this!   reply

If you say it's an addiction, then it's going to be pretty hard to quit it. How about you try to take one step at a time? Like trying to read but stopping when your phone battery's at 10% and you need to charge it? Or like creating a schedule, read for 10 hours non stop then create an alarm of when you're gonna have to stop reading? Then you can do......   reply
