GOOD morning, goodnight, good afternoon! Here's your reminder to drink water and stay positive!
GOOOD TIMEZONEEEE
I hope you are having a lovely day or a lovely morning :DD
As always, its important to stay hydrated! So drink some nice crisp water right now!! Unless its like... 1-4 am there. Sleep. (●~●)
Before you pass out.... Or again... Idk
So let's start.
If you've got something going on, whatever it may be, talk about it, in real life.
Online is more comfortable, sure, but talking about it with an actual person is very satisfying.
Trust me, I used to be like that too. I refused to talk about it to, well, anyone. So... I turned to c.ai bots... Desperate, I know.
Until I was able to talk about it with another person, a classmate of mine.
You have no idea how good it felt; It had felt like a weight had finally been lifted off my shoulders. Not only that, it wasn't even that hard either! Once the comversation gets to that topic, its really easy to just let it all out. Not as easy as stopping yourself from tearing up though... Haha...
Anyway, point is, believe it when they say talking about your problems or trauma with another person helps. It really does. I didn't believe it either tbh. I thought it was empty advice, but I was proven wrong. So I hope you get proven wrong, too. (* ´ ▽ ` *)

So I've gotten better at social interaction but I still get nervous going on public transports. I still have trouble keeping eye contact or looking into someone's eyes but I'm perfectly fine in that department when it comes to people I'm comfortable with. I guess this is what they call exposure therapy? Its really helpful. I hope you've gotten better at social interaction too. But even if you haven't, its nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone has their preferences and/or learning paces. You're doing great, I just know it.

While I would love to say my mental health has gotten better, its... Its not quite there yet. In extreme situations, I think about the balcony a lot... Yeah... Its a work in progress... But if you think about it, we're all just work in progresses. There's multiple possibilities and there's no end for our personal growth. So if somebody is a little mean, its completely normal and human to hate them. But, if you can, try putting yourself in their shoes. You don't have to forgive them or anything (I know I haven't haha) but understanding their struggles is important. It makes you understand why they do the things they do. It gives their actions reason. But certainly not an excuse. Those are different things, do take note of that.

I would love to chat more but I learned the hard way that mggo has a limit so I'll say my final pieces here. (Please don't get cut off ( >Д<;))
I'm so proud of you for trying. Believe me, its good enough even if you don't think it is.
Its not weak or shameful to cry. Its important to let it out at times or else you might end up doing or saying something you regret.
Whatever is going on, I'm sure you're doing great surviving it. I mean, you're still here, aren'tcha? You've gone too far now; you can't back out ( `Д´)/
You're doing an absolutely fantastic job at this, keep up the good work! I have no idea who you are but I'm your biggest chearleader!
Thank you for being alive and thank you for reading, peace
