well im guessing its both a mix of fetishization of the MLM genre (wether its purely romantic or contains sexual stuff), due to the fact that women (bcs its mostly women on this website) tend to appreciate seeing men being tender (although a lot of the stuff is literally straight toxic romance with two dicks) and a general disinterest of the public......
