CBAW vs Genshin

I know this is super old news at this point, but I need to get this off my chest, please dont crucify meeeee! But in all honesty what is the difference between CBAW's Haebom and Taesung vs Genshin's Kaeya and Diluc? Why do people have such mixed opinions on one one ship yet whole heartedly accept another ship when they are quite literally the same?
I myself like the ship in CBAW a lot and think they are adorable, but I also don't think kaeya and diluc being shipped together is that insane if you want to ship them as "sworn brothers" or whatever the original translation said they were.
Again dont kill meeee pleaaaaseeee some of you genshin fans are crazy like that, but lets have a civilized discussion in the replies? xox

Kaeya was adopted by crepus,aka Diluc's dad. Making him Kaeya's legal guardian. Or some other lore idk, different languages have different lore in genshit. Taesungs mom took in Haebom, and she is his legal guardian. (Unless I'm missing something from both sides) Difference is Kaeya and Diluc aren't on good terms.
