I used to think it was silly to write down your own personal thoughts and being the lazy person that I am sometimes I never bothered. But, recently I tried it out and it seems to help ever so slightly when I’m on the verge ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I had several but couldn't maintain them. Also I much prefer to bottle up my emotions till they explode and cause me great discomfort and sadness reply
