Strawberry gummies

1.5 cup strawberries
1 cup water
28.3 grams honey
1/4 cup gelatin
add strawberries, water and honey to blender and blend well
pour the mixture into a cold pot & sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let it sit for 2-3 mins (you want it to get wrinkly)
turn the stove to med-low heat and whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved (~5 min)
pour the mixture into your molds and refrigerate for at least an hour
