All the steps walking away from the delusion of my best friend liking me back romantically. My feelings were unrequited and hidden for 4 years. But now I think I’ve finally moved on to a point where even if she did like me romantically it’d be too weird in my head for us to date. It’d be like the Great Gatsby with Jay and Daisy.
