do y'all actually listen to music when your reading??? if you do how in the fuck are u focused on the thing you're reading, I will be more focused on the music if anything or I just love silence. or like listening to a certain genre with certain like reading genres. like y'all listening to uk drill while reading blue lock??? wtf!!!

I listen to music whilst reading all the time. Originally I had finished a manga listening to a certain playlist of songs and now whenever I hear those songs I instantly think of that manga. that was like 8 years ago. actually but honestly it depends because if I'm reading something with a complicated plot and I'm not immersed then I have to pause my music or stop reading for a second and listen to the song until it finishes and then continue 2 reply
