do y'all actually listen to music when your reading??? if you do how in the fuck are u focused on the thing you're reading, I will be more focused on the music if anything or I just love silence. or like listening to a certain genre with certain like reading genres. like y'all listening to uk drill while reading blue lock??? wtf!!!

I actually need the sound in the background to help me stay focused. To not get distracted by lyrics when reading, I usually play instrumental music. But when it comes to reading longer manga I like to play the same song on loop for hours. I read Full Metal Alchemist while listening to Rod Stewart's Da Ya Think I'm Sexy. I'm used to multitasking and get bored really easily. I can also play games/read and listen to someone talking at the same time.
