Same thing is happening to me. She moved to another city an hour away and now we don't talk much. I know that we're still friends and we love each other but I really don't know how our friendship will be after a while. And the fact that she's moving to the uk does not help.   1 reply

I moved only about 45 minutes away in 7th grade and I was very sociable and had many friends but as soon as I moved I was just ignored by them. I kept in contact with a group of five or so but as time went on,I realized that I was the only ones trying to keep a connection. Not everybody is gonna like you, that's just the cold harsh truth. But amidst all that, you are still special in your own way and it is still their loss if they do not care for such an amazing person such as yourself. From my experience, this could possibly just be a temporary thing and ya'll will return to your friendship but if its the other way ......   2 reply
