Depends, if they don't have a search warrant then yes (Most likely), since then they aren't legally allowed to go through your house at all. Did they break in with permission? Do you have proof of what they did. Like there is a lot that goes into this.   reply

even if they have a search warrant they should payy for damages, like do u have a history of this happening or any criminal or mental records?? and do u know who reported it   reply
