Yeah most of my mental breakdowns were because of school lmao. I often just cried and studied at the same time, I also took like 15 minutes breaks to cry or just stare at the wall. Assignments aren’t that bad, it’s worse when you have a bunch of tests and assignments and your brain is so fried you literally can’t take in any more information ......
