unless he has an STD its basically harmless to swallow, but for the first time i'd recommend having tissues nearby since pretty much always its not really a nice taste, also never do something you dont want to, absolutely do not feel like you have to, then just spit it out in the tissues and have some water near so you can rinse your mouth
