Make a check list of assignments and tasks you want to get done that week. Then bully your brain into believing that if you don’t complete everything by Friday you will eminently die a HORRIBLE death on the spot. This is what works for me   1 reply

no matter what the method is if u don’t have motivation, it won’t work. So here’s my trick BE DELUSIONAL hypnotize yourself into thinking you will be eaten by a demon if u don’t study or smth. I don't have a specific way of starting things. I just do. I have ADHD so procrastinating is a must for me. But while I procrastinate I don't divert from the fact that I am studying. Im not smart and im so lazy but heres what made me an honor student. If you ever feel so lazy then i recommend setting goals for yourself. It worked for me. For studying: This is gonna be a burden on your phone but record the ENTIRE lecture so you dont miss out on any details.
