Sleep paralysis experiences?

I was living alone in my small room (single dorm sized I think) when I woke up to a grandma with long black hair (messy, like haven't been brushed in a long time), she looked way scarier than your usual witch grandma and she was holding my throat with her hand (had long black nails) and was laughing at me, her head was sideways and god it was so sc......   reply

I have 2 experiences and most traumatic one is 2nd where i was sleeping and its all red light room the guy dark shadow like apperance hold my both hands in sleep and standing above my head side on my bed and looking down and come close to my face i could o Litrally felt his breath and he held my hand and stretch out them like 'get up' and i couldn......   2 reply

I fell asleep on our sofa in the living room, lights are off but the window curtains open so the street lights outside gives a bit light in the living room.
