BL logic don't hate me just a rant

I know it's fictional and it's not real, but it really irks me that when they do the scene and the ml starts eating out the mc from the ass and the mc says it's dirty and the ml says it's ok, it's you, like, I keep thinking how nasty it is without cleaning your butthole, like, I CAN'T really do sex scenes knowing they didn't clean their butthole. Ever since I learned how people do anal the right way, I can never read BL the same, especially because they do it every day. I have this mental image that always pops up where the MC is shitting all over the bed and they keep doing it because they didn't do an enema, or I imagine the ML with shit all over his mouth, so I just skip those scenes, and it's worse when I know they do it every day and everywhere, like, c'mon men, or maybe I'm just a hygiene freak, but don't hate me.
