usually around 12-2 depending on how tired i am. bad days i sleep at 4-6.
when im working i usually wake up from 7-9. otherwise i wake up from 10-12
when ive been through a LOT i can fall asleep at 6pm and wake up at 6am
this is pretty good for me since i used to have bad insomnia, but im still aiming to sleep at 9-10 and wake up at 4-5 if possibl......
