What time do you guys go to bed?

I go to bed around 7:00/8:00 am on most days but I try to aim around 2:30/3:00 am

i regularly sleep at 4am now its pretty bad... i CAN stay up til 6-7am ish but any more than that and i start going insane 1 reply
