Because many people know how to separate fiction from reality. Just because someone enjoys reading stories that contain rape does not mean they want to be raped or rape someone else. I agree and we should stop watching/reading horror, action, psychological, mystery genre because its promoting violence and death and will turn you into a murderer....right?
