How to not live a cringe existence?

You gotta stop giving 2 shits. Embarrassing yourself is desensitization to that life!! Its gonna make you cringe but at the end of the day nobody cares except you unless you got some obsessed stalkers (i really hope not) Live your life and people are gonna live theirs. Next time you embarrass yourself just show them cute cat photos right after. That way no one will be remember you for your cringe actions, instead they'll remember you as a cool person.   reply

Think of the outcome before doing anything. Even if it’s hard, I taught myself to pause and predict the future of that situation at hand using context clues.   reply

My friend has the very best way to deal with cringe moments, and that’s to own them. From walking into a lecture with a stream of toilet paper trailing her, to her boob popping out of her swimmers while waving to her family on the shore (she thought they were waving to her but they were pointing to her boob).
