Need recommendations PLEASEERE

Hi, the ability to read and write is called literacy; its opposite is illiteracy. There are several degrees of literacy and many ways to define the benchmarks of who is literate and who is not. In some societies a person who can read the letters of the alphabet or read and write his or her own name is considered literate. Sorry for my bad english ......   1 reply
