It’s a pretty difficult language so even though I know it’s not what you’re asking for, I’d really recommend taking a course on it… Not because you’ll get fluent from one course, but because it’ll set you on a path where you can actually study by yourself and know where to go, if that makes sense? It’s REALLY hard to learn Japanese ......
