Nope, grew up religious, but no one ever taught me anything about same sex relationships being taboo or a sin. Good for me, since I turned out queer either ways, lol. I actually should’ve been lol I’m a religious person so I should’ve been taught that being gay is a sin and gay people go to hell right? Wronggggg I guess I grew up too sheltered and no one explained what that was to me. Thank goodness not, which is surprising. I grew up in a strict religious household and my mom is kinda homophobic? Like she doesn't necessarily hate them but she does say a bunch of homophobic things, but as a kid i've always been the "super suspiciously ally" which no shit, turns out im queer ☠️   reply

Yes. I grew up in a sheltered religious household so they tend to talk shit about the LGBTQ+ family, so I ended up being homophobic and transphobic for the majority of my childhood until I discovered the internet and have some self reflection.
