Oh yes,( ̄∇ ̄") I was never good at cooking,One time i wanted to try cooking for my family and all of a sudden the pan got burned.
And when me and my twin bro were at hom all alone i was hungry,I went to the kitchen and all of a sudden he ran as fast as he could and stopped me,He said,Just sit there i'll cook for u(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
My family doesn't rly allows me to enter the kitchen ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ (I've burnt countless of Pans and food ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
I've been cooking since I was little and have burned food quite a few times. The time that was probably most memorable was when I set french bread on fire. My first week at college, I decided to make french bread pizza. I always put the french bread under the broiler for a little bit before putting the sauce and toppings on, so that the pizza sauce doesn't make the bread soggy. I put it in the oven and turned my back for maybe a minute. My older sister (who was one of my roommates) told me I should check on it. I opened the oven and saw that it was on fire. I screamed or swore (I can't quite remember); I was definitely panicked. I didn't know what to do. My older sister saw what was happening and calmly blew the fire out, took the bread out of the oven, cut the burnt part off, and stuck the rest back in the oven without missing a beat. To this day, I still can't believe how calmly she handled that. What made this even better was that I had three or four Asian roommates and/or friends who saw all of this happen over in the living room. They all laughed so hard and teased me mercilessly. Mariko, one of the sweetest girls I have ever met, kept telling them to stop teasing me, but she kept busting up; she couldn't resist laughing. I was mortified at the time, but now it is a fun memory. :D
