I've lost 16 pounds in a month and a half by eating 5 small meals the size of my fist or less per day, and drinking three to four liters of water. Hopefully I continue with it and lose 8 more pounds. But again I weigh a lot so Idk what that will look like for you.
I eat fruits vegetables and gluten free foods and meats. I just make sure I eat up to 300 cal of protein dairy and/or grains per meal and I can eat as many fruits and vegetables as I want.
I dont know really im struggling too to lose weight..but i think if you consistent to avoid sugar any type of sugar even dont eat fruits they contain high intake of sugar and exercise maybe at least one month you could lost 2kg..i put the at least one month 2kg because i dont think losing weight might be easy..so i put the lowest achievement maybe you could achieve if you follow healthy diet..
