I dont know really im struggling too to lose weight..but i think if you consistent to avoid sugar any type of sugar even dont eat fruits they contain high intake of sugar and exercise maybe at least one month you could lost 2kg..i put the at least one month 2kg because i dont think losing weight might be easy..so i put the lowest achievement maybe you could achieve if you follow healthy diet..
