What’s the worst experience you’ve had with a therapist?

I told my therapist that sometimes no matter what i do i just can't fall asleep and this woman was MAD and YELLED at me that it's cause i go to bed late and i was just holding tears cause didn't expect her to burst at me for that??   reply
