Hello !! I'm not really sure if it would help, but maybe pretending its like some sort of game (when doing assignments, reading books, etc.) and if you have someone that can (or it can just be you) to give yourself some sort of reward, like ice cream or smth. What else you can do is try and take little breaks in between. what helps for me is havi......   reply
