Glow up tips!! PLEASE!
Please I need help!! I need tips for a glowup. Whether it be skincare (maybe like acne, textured and sensitive skin, or rosacea), body care (like a shower routine, body odor, back acne, hyperpigmentation,& shaving), workout (like how to get rid of loose belly and arm fat, toned skin, and hourglass figure) , diet ( like what to eat and not to, maybe like some healthy recipes, or how to heal gut, etc.), healthy supplements (vitamins etc.), or whatever. Also, any tips for ppl with a round face, broad shoulders and a wide rib cage??
More questions…. How do I get rid of dark circles? And what do I do with a double chin no jawline and a “saggy” chin?

First, I would actually check with your GP to get a blood test to check your cortisol levels and thyroid function. Also B12 levels and iron. A lot of what you are describing can be attributed to imbalances in these and over the long term, if not managed, you can have some very challenging health issues to manage.
Having said that, start with B12 ......
