i’m 5’10” and 110 lbs i literally feel so fucking fat everyday i only eat a single crushed almond for breakfast lunch and dinner and i’m still above my goal (90 lbs) should i just jump at this point
definitely not if anything ur underweight and should probably seek some medical health,, but also theres nothing wrong with being fat or wtv as long as ur healthy,, health should always be prioritised over aesthetics reply
